I. Return Conditions and Eligibility
Time Limit
You have the right to apply for a return within 7 natural days from the date of receiving the goods, based on the delivery date shown in the logistics sign-off record. Returns exceeding 7 days will not be accepted, unless the goods have quality issues or meet special regulations.
Condition Requirements
Returned goods must remain brand new and unused, with all accessories, labels, tags, and packaging intact, without affecting secondary sales. For example, clothing should retain original packaging with tags attached and no signs of washing/wearing; electronic products should have complete accessories, undamaged packaging, and no scratches/damage. If goods fail to meet these requirements, we may reject the return or deduct depreciation fees before processing the refund.
Quality Issue Identification
For quality issues like non-human-induced damage, defects, or functional failures, apply for return within 7 days. Quality assessment is done by our professional inspectors based on standards and actual conditions. For non-visual quality issues, you may need to provide inspection reports or supporting materials.
II. Return Process and Operation
Submitting a Return Request
Log in to your account, find the order on the details page, click "Apply for Return," and fill in reasons/quantity as prompted. We will review within 1-2 business days and notify you via email or in-site message.
Obtaining Return Address
Upon approval, you’ll receive a notification with the return address and precautions. Verify the address carefully—incorrect information leading to non-delivery or loss is your responsibility.
Returning Goods
Choose a suitable logistics method to ship goods to the designated address, keeping tracking documents (e.g., express waybill). Use traceable shipping and pack carefully to prevent damage. Prepay return shipping; if due to quality issues, we’ll refund the cost after inspecting returned goods.
Inspection and Handling
We will inspect returned goods within 3-5 business days. If eligible, process the refund immediately; if not, contact you to explain and return the goods. Refunds are issued via the original payment method—refer to payment terms for arrival times.
III. Instructions for Non-Quality Returns
Shipping Fee Liability
For non-quality returns (e.g., preference changes, incorrect size, wrong order), you bear round-trip shipping fees. Costs are calculated based on actual logistics, viewable in system prompts or via customer service during application.
Special Goods Restrictions
Some goods may not qualify for non-quality returns, including customized items, intimate apparel (underwear, socks), opened food, cosmetics, etc. These are non-returnable unless defective, with notices marked on product pages—read carefully before purchase.
IV. Supplementary Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions
Within 7 days of receipt, apply for exchange due to quality issues. For non-quality exchanges, negotiate with customer service under the premise that goods are unused and packaging is intact. You bear shipping fees for non-quality exchanges.
Exchange Process
The process mirrors returns: submit an application, return goods after approval. We’ll arrange new shipments promptly after inspecting returned items. In case of out-of-stock, we’ll communicate promptly to offer solutions like replacing with other items or waiting for restocking.
